Terrible customer service, lackluster communication and delays galore.
Do not use this company. We had to get an attorney to get the permit pulled from them after they had filed for a permit with an HOA unapproved plan. We lost thousands of dollars.
I would like to personally thank the driver this morning who almost ran me over on my bicycle. My quick actions likely saved my own life. It occurred @11:04am at the intersection of Timber Springs Boulevard and Avalon Park Boulevard. You were turning right on to Avalon Park Boulevard North. I am not sure how you could miss me with my 550 LUMEN flashing front light. If you had ACTUALLY STOPPED AT THE STOP SIGN it may of helped. Your blinker may be broken since it was not working.
