I purchased an alarm system for my new house from them. I have had several support issues and it has been impossible to get them to come out to fix. Allison won't call back and when she did I was told that my house was too far away for them to schedule a service call. Took them 2 months to schedule my first issue. They took the installation job but now I can't get any support. I spoke to them two weeks ago and was told that I would get a call back right away to schedule the latest fault in the system.
