Unprofessional communication, and beyond terrible service. Requested a $90 K order on the 2nd of May with a promised of completion of 4 to 6 week however on the 7th week zero were made available to ship and lost a very large account due to this very poor service. Do not trust or use this business as they are a big disappointment. Very bad!!!!

Bought one downdraft table and now replacing another at our shop because of how much better Superior Air's table is. Excellent customer service and great product at a good price for downdraft and dust collection.
