Their billing department is clueless. Gave them updated coverage information like 4 times over the phone, they kept submitting it to my old insurance and UHC kept denying the claims. In the hospital now and had my sister take me so I didn't have to deal with it again! Couldn't be happier they won't get any money.

Their prices are very high! Over 1,800 dollars for less than a two mile non-critical transport. That is literally HIGHWAY Robbery!!!

My son was billed $7200+ for a noncritical transport of 6 miles. Mount Carmel Health should be ashamed of their relationship with this company.

Case of acute appendicitis that required transportation from Mt. Carmel East to Children's Hospital, a distance of 9 miles according to them. Insurance was billed $2,841.75 and my tab is $3,783.25. The patient a 16y.o was in stable condition, alert & oriented, had pulse oximetry while in the ambulance billed at $60.00 and normal saline to keep an IV-line open billed at$250.00. Make it make sense, because this is a scam! $6,625.00 Total for a 15 minute ride.

I received a bill from my insurance and this company charged my insurance 2135 for service that NEVER happened. They said I used their service on July 9 2024. Which my husband picked me up from the hospital from surgery. Maybe this company needs to be looked into for fraud.. I'm letting my insurance know I never used this service.
