My mom was discharged from Beaumont Grosse Pointe Hospital and waited over four hours for Superior ambulance transport. Not even a phone call with explanation from them. My dad tried calling over and over, and no one answered the phone. It is now 9:30 pm, and we had to seek authorization for an extra night in the hospital. I'll add another review if we ever get service.
Save yourself 8 thousand dollars for a few miles. Drive your damn self to the hospital.
Useless person on the phone couldn't answer any question. Like she was from outerspace.
