When I called to make an appointment and they cancel my appointment,i call agin but impatient and disrespectful woman answered the phone. I asked questions about next appointment and her answers were sarcastic and Then when she felt I asked one too many questions she actually hung up on me. Don’t waste your time, they obviously don’t want your business. Maybe they made enough money on the last customer.

I got their flyer in the mail for $149 for dryer bent cleaning and HVAC duct cleaning. When they showed up they tried to charge me about 600.00. When I was arguing with the service person, he told me that the promotion was only scam if I actually paid for it. Basically these people are dishonest and are trying to pull a fast on you. Another company I used, said these people are the worst in business and make everyone else look bad. They highly recommended using anyone else but Superior.

When I called to make an appointment to have my dryer vent cleaned, an extremely nasty, impatient and disrespectful woman answered the phone. I asked questions about pricing and her answers were sarcastic and demeaning. Then when she felt I asked one too many questions she actually hung up on me. Don’t waste your time, they obviously don’t want your business. Maybe they made enough money on the last customer.

I had a whole house duct cleaning by Superior and had an air conditioner inspection by another company about a couple of weeks after. The company that inspected my air conditioner advised I was in need of an air duct cleaning and I told the technician that Superior had just done a cleaning. The technician removed the filter from the main return and showed me how dirty it still was on the inside. He also took photos of other areas to show me how dirty it still was. I was shocked.
