Since joining I've experienced marked improvement in balance, strength, coordination and overall well-being. John and Marina are knowledgeable and focused on helping you be the best "you" that you can be.
I’ve had amazing results working with John and Marina since this spring recovering from injuries. The specialized program they provided me has helped repair neurological issues and build muscle and endurance. I plan to continue working with them to regain my health prior to my injury. I highly recommend anyone - of all physical conditioning to check out their facilities to understand the wide range of options for everyone. It’s a safe clean environment and the people who I’ve met there are great.
