Wow, I had a terrible experience. Bought my girlfriend a few things off of here, and had them sent to her directly, to save some time. Before she can pick up the package, she finds out she has to pay a customs charge for it first of all, which I've never had happen to me before through a retailer from out of the country, next, the wrong size of clothing was sent to her and they wouldn't pay to have it sent back (even though it was THEIR mistake), and finally, i asked to have it gift wrapped, and what do they use? some shimme... read more
