I received my box super smashed and opened 3 days before I had to give it to my fiance. I was freaking out and so upset; I emailed them and was probably very rude to them, but Danielle the CSM called me and helped me out. She calmed me down and overnighted me a new shipment. When my anxiety gets high I feel like I can't do anything about everything, and Danielled helped me make sure I had a gift for my fiance on time for Christmas. Thank you guys.
Absolutely let down !! Not only did pay top dollar for my packages to arrive . But they forgot to send them !! Then after all the stuff around they finally arrived to find they have sent the wrong box set !! After waiting ages as it was for my partners birthday. ..... And wait they have lost the other package which still has not yet to arrive a month later !! Still nothing and I get told to bad and now out of pocket of 270 dollars for crap !! Fuck you

If I could give them more stars I would. This is my second time I have ordered from them. They have a great selection of items, great prices and excellent customer service!!! Their shipping was fast and my orders arrive within 2 business days.
haven't bought multiple shirts n they all looked exactly how they were supposed to look and they were shirts u can't find in retail stores which is AWESOME
I order my fiance a sweater from them mistakenly ordered the wrong size. Contacted them about correcting the mistake. Got a reply within an hour of sending the email customer support was very helpful will definitely be doing business with them in the future.
