Bait and Switch – Unprofessional and Misleading Business Practices This company initially presented itself as professional and reliable, but our experience proved otherwise. They act as intermediaries, hiring unqualified subcontractors rather than handling the work themselves. We were in need of tile repair for our swimming pool. We were very impressed with the owner Will who thoroughly explained to us what was needed. The job was professionally done involving emptying to pool and jacuzzi, removing and retiling in a timely way, and making recommendations for what lighting to be replaced. We would highly recommend Superhero Pools because we know you would be very happy with the results at a fair and reasonable price.
Very professional company. Will and Chase arrived on time, explained their entire process and proceeded to conduct their tests. They diagnosed multiple pool leaks and explained rectification options. I would recommend SH Pools without any hesitation.
