I had my A/C installed with this company in 2022 and they took great care of us. Jump forward to now, I just signed up with their maintenance program and Adam even got me some estimates on other things I wanted done around the house that I asked for and he gave me his honest advice and a great deal. And on top of all that, his customer service is amazing. Super respectful and kind, but honest and to the point.

Our heat went out early Friday morning. Super Heat sent their technician Dustin out that morning. They had to order a new motherboard so no heat all weekend. Monday morning Dustin was back with the part and now we have heat again! Super Heat cares about their customers. We love Super Heat!

We came home on a Saturday to a noise sounding like an airplane was in our basement. It was our furnace… we had heat but the noise was significant. We called Superheat and they came over. They were kind and sympathetic. He didn’t know if he had the part so he had to travel back to Markesan. He came back with the part and fixed our issue. He really could have waited until Monday but wanted us not to hear the noise! So absolutely wonderful and showing true customer care!
