Called to get a quote on a rock chip that spread on my windshield and the gentleman on the phone was very rude. He laughed when I said I needed a windshield repair (not replacement). I am not an expert I am calling to get guidance and am willing to get the replacement if needed but making fun of your customers and interrupting them while they are explaining their situation is not helpful. Please try harder and be kinder, let people speak, listen and then educate don’t ridicule.
We are delighted with Mr. Dave's spectacular job and customer service. He is truly incredible at his job. He fixed our windshield swiftly and at a very affordable rate. We highly recommend him!
