Dean and Joe helped me out with a flat after walking with my bike from BART. Got me in out at a fair price and were super cool on an otherwise ridiculously hot 90 degree Pleasanton day. Thank you both for helping and being so kind!
Horrible service. I brought my bike (that I purchased from them years ago) to have the inner tubes replaced and about 2.5 weeks later, the tube for the back tire fell off the rim and would not inflate. I took it back to the store and the owner(?) implied they botched up the repair but said he would charge me less since they messed up. When I picked up the bike, I was charged full price and saw they charged me extra to move my gear and chain to the other side of the bike. Wilson and the young guy who works with him on Wednesday afternoons were both SO kind and helpful. As a brand new cyclist, I was feeling very overwhelmed and frustrated after getting my first ever flat but they were so helpful and taught me so much. While I hope to never get a flat again, I feel so much more equip the next time it happens to me!!! They both need a raise. For sure Superfly Wheels just gained a lifelong customer.
I want to thank the crew ( Wilson, Eric, Tim( owner) , Joe( the professors), Phil( the mechanic), and Ryan at Superfly Wheels in Pleasanton ( Main St) for helping me get my first gravel bike ( Specialized Diverge STR Expert) .
