Been to Superfly a bunch of times now and they’ve always gone out of their way to help me. Most recently I had a kinda unusual request with my Specialized e-bike. I needed it changed from Class 3 to Class 1 and even though they hadnt done one before, they were willing to figure it out and contact Specialized if they needed help. Got it done quick, charged me exactly what they said they would, and the bike works great. Really good local bike shop and good people. Definitely recommend them.
Need your bike dialed, these guys got you!
I really appreciate how straightforward and professional everyone at Super Fly Wheels is. I called about a brake problem on my HAOQI e-bike, and instead of pretending they already knew exactly what it needed, they asked me questions about the bike and brake system, did some research, and figured out what they were dealing with. They were also completely upfront about scheduling and told me exactly when their mechanic would be available, so I didn't waste a trip bringing the bike in before anyone was available to work on it. ... read more
I had a bike shipped here. The pick up was super easy and everyone was really nice and helpful.
