Honestly, really fantastic people. I traveled from Oakland to check out a bike I ended up not buying. Just so happened that I popped the tire on my own bike on the way over. Even though I didn’t buy the bike, I did buy a new tube and they offered to change it for free because I made the trip all the way over to check out the bike. That’s the simple little things that makes for a great store. And their options are great, just wasn’t what I was looking for personally. I received great service at a decent price. My son’s bike was repaired on the same day.
Dean and Joe helped me out with a flat after walking with my bike from BART. Got me in out at a fair price and were super cool on an otherwise ridiculously hot 90 degree Pleasanton day. Thank you both for helping and being so kind!
Horrible service. I brought my bike (that I purchased from them years ago) to have the inner tubes replaced and about 2.5 weeks later, the tube for the back tire fell off the rim and would not inflate. I took it back to the store and the owner(?) implied they botched up the repair but said he would charge me less since they messed up. When I picked up the bike, I was charged full price and saw they charged me extra to move my gear and chain to the other side of the bike.
