Wilson and the young guy who works with him on Wednesday afternoons were both SO kind and helpful. As a brand new cyclist, I was feeling very overwhelmed and frustrated after getting my first ever flat but they were so helpful and taught me so much. While I hope to never get a flat again, I feel so much more equip the next time it happens to me!!! They both need a raise. For sure Superfly Wheels just gained a lifelong customer.
I want to thank the crew ( Wilson, Eric, Tim( owner) , Joe( the professors), Phil( the mechanic), and Ryan at Superfly Wheels in Pleasanton ( Main St) for helping me get my first gravel bike ( Specialized Diverge STR Expert) . I would highly recommend not going to this trashcan of a store I got a flat at the Pleasanton. Dirt jumps and called them asking if they could sell me a tube and install it SHOUT OUT TO WILSON who said to come down to the shop and he will take care of it so i had to walk/run for 45 minutes just to get there and Wilson welcomed me in and said he would take it downstairs to the workshop i said okay and thank you just being polite he comes back 10 seconds later saying he cannot do it i asked him why not because i was on a journ... read more
