I really appreciate how straightforward and professional everyone at Super Fly Wheels is. I called about a brake problem on my HAOQI e-bike, and instead of pretending they already knew exactly what it needed, they asked me questions about the bike and brake system, did some research, and figured out what they were dealing with. They could not help me fix my ebike even tho they literly has a ebike in their they could at least help me find the part instead of saying ohh we don’t carry them they should have said oh I can help you find the part instead of ohh we dont carry them

Owner & workers are super chill, helped me find all the parts I needed for my newest build. Also built my last s&m bmx frame up from from these guys. 10/10 recommended

I came to them with a poorly built bike (idk who could have put it together that poorly... could not have been me...haha...) anyway they fixed it and were super kind and helpful! Highly recommend for their excellent customer service
