Con.. took payment for my order twice, thankfully the first one was just a pre-auth and it dropped off my account after a few days. After 3 weeks no sign of my flooring, they don't respond to emails. Eventually receive an email saying the order has been refunded (no explanation), that was a week ago, and so far no money has arrived in my bank account. Absolute scam. company promised my floor would be delivered then they did not have this floor anymore however deducted money twice out of my account. This company has said they have refunded me but still nothing. I have reported this company. Stay away do not buy anything from them.
This is a complete fraud. If you email them they don’t reply and no one picks up the phone. I ordered £800 flooring - they didn’t have it and then they refused to Refund. NOW TAKING LEGAL ACTION. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
