Absolute worst company to deal with. Made me pay for plans, structurals, basix, submit to council, pay council all before they give me an estimate price for the renovations or a tender. Then come back after a year and a half with price that is about 200K over our budget.... 200K??? absolute shocker, don't even waste your time with this company. They hardly respond to phone calls or emails. Very poor. Given 1 star only because I have too, to write a review.
Would not recommend, Their consultants made no effort to understand my project, this resulted in unnecessary cost and wasted planning time. Superdraft referred to me multiple consultants who took deposits and then failed to complete the agreed works, one in particular ignored me completely once my deposit was paid. I was only ever provided customer support when I refused to pay further invoices issued by them.
Architect couldn’t read North on the survey. Spelling mistakes all over the plans. Took months to copy plans already drawn up. No response from Superdraft once money was paid.
Superdraft made building our property an absolute pleasure. I would recommend this team to anyone building a new home.
