We started a simple project in July this year and have continually had to ask for mistakes to be fixed. Phone calls take days to be acknowledged and we only receive emails in return. It is now 5 weeks out from Christmas and although we have paid for all the services we have not been provided with drafts that can be submitted to Council. We do not recommend Superdraft.
Very disappointing experience amateur results. Slow service little care for the results. A waste of money for me
I tried to connect with Superdraft on the 15/09/2020 through social media ad. They responded in chat that they would get back to me ASAP. Fast forward 2 months with no call I tendered out my job a week ago on Hi Pages where they responded that they’d like to quote and I still haven’t received a call. I have no idea if this company is good or bad at what they do as I just can’t seem to get to speak to anyone.
