I am always happy with my visits. Wen is efficient and knows exactly how I like my cuts and she NEVER disappoints! I appreciate the personalized touches she gives!
stylist was extremely unprofessional, went in to have my undercut shaven & a little length taken off of the longer top portion of my hair and left having to fix the undercut from where he had missed hair because in his words it was easier to be able to move my hair around rather than tie up what wasn’t being shaven, called to let him know that the undercut wasn’t fully cut and also that my longer hair was uneven being an inch longer on one side compared to the other and after going back to have it fixed was greeted with a sa... read more
Wen has been cutting my hair since 2010.I am very happy I found her. Since 1974 I only allowed Five other stylist to do my hair. I sure hope she continues with this company for at least 15 more years The only negative thing I can say, she cuts my side burns to high ( sometimes with this visit being one) I’m a 60’s person and I like my side burns midway down my ear. LOL
