Worst haircut in my whole life. 3rd class customer service. Don’t know how to do haircut! No one other me in queue, waited for 15 mins and she has no time for hair wash when i asked her. I will never come back and won’t recommend anyone! She spoiled my mother’s day, 5/12!!
Tried to check in online, had difficulties so I called and asked if they do walk ins! She stated yes and weren't busy. I told her my name and would be there in 20mins. Upon arriving was greeted. As I was waiting, a gentleman walked in about 15mins after I got there. I had waited 30 minutes and stylist came to desk, didn't ask who was there 1st, but called the gentleman up to check in.
