I had a very nice gal, Brooklyn who did my highlights. She was so attentive, understood my concerns about the coloring and started the process. I have never had a toning done so that was a new experience. Once everything was done, I saw the results and she really wanted an honest feedback, also she told me if the color was to much she can tone it down some more. I happed to be staying overnight in Norwalk next door from Supercuts. I had been ready for a haircut and just stopped in. I was promptly greeted and checked in by Rachael. Gladly enough she also became available for the cut. She was professional and wonderful to speak with. Cut came out excellent. She is talented and is a true asset to your team at Norwalk Supercuts.
