Ali was fantastic! I showed her a picture of the haircut I wanted, and she explained how she would achieve it. The cut looked exactly like the picture. I asked for my bangs to be a little shorter and another inch off the length at the neck and she made those adjustments perfectly. I live in Rhode Island and was on my way to Massachusetts to babysit my grandchildren when I booked the next available appointment. I definitely hit the jackpot with Ali! Horrible never going back .I wanted a trim .and ended up leaving my head shaved down to nothing because hair cut was butchered really bad. Today was my only day off I wanted to run errands but after this haircut ot butchered head shaved I ran home to straighten it .even when I got home there was patches and long hairs
The ladies worked together to make sure my squirmy little dude got a hair trim. They were patient, kind, and made it fun! We love the ladies at supercuts!
