The staff was nice but very slow. I brought my son to the one in Dartmouth, Ma for just a fade and it took the hairdresser like 40 minutes to just to do a fade while my son just sat there patiently. We also didn't have an appt but waited like 20 minutes for someone to do his hair because one hairdresser was on break which I know they need but the other one was on the phone chit chatting with a customer. I heard her chatting about the weather. It was just an overall bad experience and my son's hair isn't straight in the back ... read more
