Stylist messed up my son’s hair. She may have been newer, as another one needed to come and fix it. He told her to leave the top longer (typical teen boy style) and she cut it above his eyebrows. He was not happy with the cut at all. She was very kind and perhaps having an off day. UPDATE: Manager reached out to gather feedback and offered a refund. I’m very pleased with the customer service!
Carly was super friendly and made sure I got what I wanted!
