Very great environment and very great haircut overall
Oksana was a total pro 👌
Waited 30 minutes after my appointment time. A 15 minute haircut lasted 30 minutes. Combined delays resulted in me being in store for 1 hour. I almost missed an appointment. On top of it all, the haircut was not what I asked for.
