Never been profiled before in my life, but their black male stylist assumed we wanted the latina stylist and proceeded to overlook us by taking two walk ins, when we had made an appointment ahead for our time slot. He proceeded to ask if his female coworker had time for us, to which she responded, “yes, but not for another 15-20min”, as she was with a client - we had been there for over 35min from our scheduled appointment.
My grandkids loved how Jose cut and styled their hair. He was also very nice!

This place has very good people working here. However, I witnessed the manager, Joseph, threaten a woman with calling I.C.E. on her because of her accent. Joseph assumed the woman was undocumented simply because she spoke Spanish and had an accent. This was incredibly disappointing to witness— especially considering that Joseph himself speaks Spanish.
