Went for a cut and color. I showed the stylist the cut that I wanted. My hair was shoulder length when I came in, and the cut that I wanted was short in the back, longer in the front, with bangs. Her first snip took off almost 3 inches from the front, and from there it got worse. She kept telling me she had tp hurry because she had an appointment coming in, and whwn my hair was "finished" it was cut extremely short all around and I had no bangs.
