I scheduled a haircut with this business via the online app. I arrived early for my scheduled appointment. When I arrived, no one was there to greet me because everyone was with customers. While I was waiting, another person was called ahead of me after my scheduled appointment time. I waited until 10 minutes past my scheduled appointment time and left.
