I went here on a suggestion from a long time patron and I'm definitely not sorry I did. I was hesitant to switch hair care providers, but Cassie took great care of me, listened to what I wanted, adjusted when I asked her to, and it's one of the best cuts I've gotten. I believe I've found a new stylist! So glad I took the chance! Will add a picture when I take one!

Took my daughter in the day before they could not take her that is fine she was not happy but can't do anything about it. So made an appointment with them today. The lady from yesterday was there and refused service and was snotty with me. I had to drive to Iowa location to get a quick cut. Will never go to that location again. Doesn't even deserve a star rating.

I think it's better to book an appointment via phone rather than online. I had to wait a bit, but it wasn't the staff's fault. I also didn't mind, since I had nothing else going on. I had a lot of length taken off, and my stylist did a great job giving me what I asked for. Thank you!
