Haircut was fine. Checked in on line for 11:30. Arrived at 11:30 and told them my name and that I had checked in online for 11:30. I was told to take a seat. Proceeded to be ignored as walk ins came in and were serviced before me. Got lost in the shuffle despite being in plain view. The women that acknowledged me and told me to have a seat blamed the other employees. Believe she was the manager. Lousy system. Going to switch to Great Clips or local barber for my 5 min $24 buzz cut.

Great service and great haircut!!! Above average stylist. Stylist was great and above average!!
