As I have stated in the past, Erinn is the best, she cuts my hair perfectly every time. Very friendly, very professional and just a pleasure to be around.
The girl who did my eyebrows clearly didn’t want to work that day. To be honest I’m not someone to complain, I just take the L and move on. However she was yanking my eyebrow hair with the wax paper, messed up multiple times where she had to pull over and over to get the hairs, at one point said “my bad” and kept going. At that point, I’m already over it so when she holds up the mirror for me to see I just say yea it’s fine, so I can get out of there ASAP. Jessa was absolutely phenomenal and I am beyond obsessed with my hair. I felt like a princess and the communication was everything a client could dream of. I gave Jessa my inspiration picture and Its like I copy and pasted the image onto my head. I highly recommend
