Kelli really listened to what haircuts were desired. She did a great job styling both kids hair exactly as they wanted.
WORST HAIR CUT EVER. Spoke to the manager because she messed up my sons hair she said cut was free and than offered my son a lollipop because she messed up mine and my sons hair than I called corporate to get it corrected she offered me to go to another salon where I could pay to get it fixed at the same franchise right up the road by an employee named vanessa.
