Worst experience ever! I went in with my 2 little girls to get their hair flat ironed, not washed, not blow dried- flat ironed. My little one has medium length thin hair and took the woman 10 Minutes and my older one has long, thick hair and took about 25 minutes. They tried to charge me 135 DOLLARS!! The very best hair styling ever from Jessica at the Yorkmills branch. I came in months ago, for just one time, and now I just keep coming back because Jessica is awesome!!
0/5. Botched my hair. Lady asked me what I want and I showed her the length I want (above the chest) and I said to just follow that and cut straight. And then when she got to the back she asked me again what length I want at the back, I told her the same length just straight cut. I was wondering why the cut was taking too long when I just wanted a straight cut because I did not want layers anymore (I even told her this and I said I was tryna grow it out straight), she was cutting layers!
