It was fine until I got home and noticed uncut hair on the back of my neck sticking up past my shirt. I now have to go some where else to get the back of my neck cut. I even tipped good. Never again!!
I had such a wonderful experience today!
had an awful experience here on Monday, Aug 31. The haircut was rushed in less than 15 minutes, leaving my hair completely uneven. To make matters worse, the stylist scratched and sliced the back of my neck with the trimmer. I felt sharp pain during the cut and realized later I had a large physical cut on my neck. Unprofessional, unsafe, and terrible quality.
