Well, needed a quite trim and walked in and was immediately well received and no waiting time today (at 2:20pm). Unfortunately, I didn’t ask the name of my hair stylist (I was kind of in a hurry) but she was very pleasant , professional and if I return in the future will definitely look for her. I was taken by surprise when she asked if I wanted a hot towel (apparently to help remove residual hair) and I enjoyed the the treatment (first time for me). Overall very happy with the service.
Heather did an excellent job on my hair as always. Friendly and supportive staff !
