Oh my goodness! This individual, the only one working at 8am Thursday, March 05, at NoHo, gave me the most incredible haircut ever! She even suggested and ultimately knew what I needed more than I did, and she was so spot-on! Fast, but efficient! Energy with quality… and she made it fun! She was flying out today as well, when others would call out. In fact, she told me this was suppose to to be her day off, but they asked her to come in and work for someone that had called out. Wow!! I’ve gone to Supercuts plenty of times but this time it wasn’t the greatest. The girl who cut my hair didn’t even realize it was uneven but I didn’t make it a big deal just asked for a second opinion. Thankfully the other lady confirmed it was and evened out my cut. What also irritated me is that I paid for a shampoo and the girl didn’t wash my hair well. The front was clean but the back wasn’t. All I’m saying is a discount would have been nice.
