Brought my five year old here for a bang trim. She did great and the hair dresser was so sweet.
Very uneven hairline, the right and left side of my hairline is so uneven it looks partially bald there from being uneven. I did not notice, I rarely get haircuts, I put my hat on right after and after getting home noticed this was absolutely terrible. I am upset I tipped as well. I called and explained and the first response was i was not being honest and we do not give refunds. I was not asking for a refund.
