Open sign illuminated. Left after standing in the completely empty lobby for five minutes. No one in sight. On line waiting time was 40 minutes. If they are out for lunch, lock the door and hang a sign! Must not need the business (or the tip).
Gotten my kids hair cut here a few different times and its hit or miss
Danielle was amazing! I got blonde highlights from her, took a few hours but I left with the best dye job I’ve ever had! Highly recommend.
Unfriendly Staff! I have used this location 2 times but 2nd time my experience was not as expected. Currently, there is only one staff working and she works the way she want without following schedule and mistreating customer.
This was my go-to place for haircut for last 5 years. But not any more. Too much wait time. I have waited for more than 40 minutes past my appointment time, and all because the hairdresser (Thao) was chit chatting with the previous customer!!! My whole day cannot revolve around her pointless talks! Ridiculous! Very unprofessional, rude, and irritating behavior. Avoid this place at all costs, at least until they hire someone else! Not coming back till then. If you value your time, go somewhere else and thank me later!
