This place used to be pretty good. Today I had an appointment for a color with first available stylist. When I arrived they instead called an obviously brand new stylist from the back room. After he brought me to the chair I commented to him how young he looked. When he went to the back to mix my color I told the older lady, who appeared to charge, that I really wasn't comfortable having someone brand new do my color.
