I scheduled an online appointment for 10am. I arrived 8mn early behind another gentleman. The barber had 1 in the chair & 1 waiting. The guy infront of me checked in on kiosk, I said I scheduled on line for 10am. We both sit down, a few minutes go by & another guy walks in saying he had a 10 am appointment. Barber took that guy 1st & then me. 1st come 1st serve should be the rule. I don’t blame the lady I blame the system. She was in there by herself & swamped.
