Terrible experience with "Niki" on 1/28/25. Hair cutter (she hardly merits the term "stylist") said virtually nothing, no personality or even minimal friendliness. When she was "done" she asked me how it was - without even combing it first! When I got home I realized how badly she mangled the back. No "thank you" or "have a nice day" or anything at all when I paid her. I've gone to other Supercuts many times, but I would never go back to this one.
I've been going to Supercuts and specifically Niki for years now following her at whatever location she is at for a reason: she's the best hair stylist I have ever gone to. She's personable, meticulous, efficient, and expert at cutting and styling my hair, meeting all my requests and turning my vision for my hair into a reality. Literally there is not a week that goes by without multiple people - whether family, friends, or complete strangers - complimenting me on my hair style.
