I took my toddler for a haircut, which he is always nervous about. I was so pleased with how patient the stylist was with him, explaining what she was going to do, letting him see and hear the clippers before putting them on his head, etc., and his cut came out well. The day-of online booking system is inconvenient, and the music was not what I would have liked my toddler to listen to, but we had an overall positive experience.
