Could not understand what stylist was saying. She crushed my ankle when spinning chair. Will not visit location again
I’ve had my hair cut by Chi several times, and I’ve always been very happy with the results. Chi is extremely friendly, professional, and clearly knows what she’s doing. She listens carefully to what I want and does an excellent job recreating the style I’m looking for. I highly recommend her!
Unprofessional and don’t follow instructions
Hair cut was quick. I asked for a blend and she didn’t follow what was asked. Place looks dirty. Outlets have hair all over them. Need a good cleaning. Not what I remember it use to be. Prices went up but service isn’t the best
