My first time at this location. Serenity listened to what I wanted and cut my hair exactly the way I wanted.
Nam was kind and polite. Discussed what I wanted and how much to cut off. Very happy with result.
Ok, i am over going to Nam at the Euless Supercuts. I had a haircut done. Which I am bald and only the back and sides can be cut. Then I asked Nam to trim my beard and she wouldn't do it because someone else was waiting. Said the lady had been waiting. It doesn't take all but 3 mins to trim a beard. Im very offended and may not return.
Serenity was my stylist and she did an amazing job. Recommended options that I would not have thought of. She had friendly and great conversation. Was my first time getting a beard trim at Supercuts but she did an absolutely fantastic job. Definitely will be back to Serenity for my next haircut.
