I booked a 9:00 AM haircut through the app, but no one ever showed up. I waited for 30 minutes with no communication or apology. This location clearly lacks accountability and customer care. Staff were dishonest about their absence, and the service was nonexistent. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time here.
