The ladies that work here are personable and professional. My kids and I get our haircuts here because of this.
Everything went well, however, I normally get a standard hair-cut, nothing that would be considered modern. Olivia did well asking how I wanted my hair cut, length, style. She also did great with follow-up question if she was meeting my expectations. Since I have a very simple cut, I cannot say how well she would do with more technical cuts.
