I made an online reservation for a haircut with blow dry and I even made a follow up call and I spoke with someone who confirmed the appointment was on the schedule. I received a call from Supercuts less than 2 hours before the appointment, telling me they couldn't do the blow dry "because they didn't have anyone who could do it". When I asked what's the point of making a reservation when they couldn't honor it, the Supercuts employee intentionally hung up on me.
