The staff was very patient and helpful with any questions I had. Mary Kay, who cut my hair ♂️, was extremely friendly as well as talkative. She was very patient and graceful dealing with a client who didn’t get a hair cut ♂️ in 4 months. Plus, she very professional with dealing with my beard 🧔♂️ that I didn’t shave 🪒 for almost 2 months. Her movements with smooth and soothing ☺️. Overall, my experience was pleasant and I intend to go back. Great job.
Had the worst haircut ever from Sue. She does not know what she is doing!!! Hair was uneven, not layered like I told her (I don’t think she knows how to layer hair), and I had to tell her to cut the sides, she didn’t realize she didn’t. I always go to Sylvana and NEVER had a problem.
Margoth did good job cutting my hair. I will take her service again next time. Thank you Margoth. Manager Katherine is also do good job cutting my hair in past.
