had a very negative experience at Supercuts W.Campbell Rd Richardson location with hair dresser Carmen. It is probably the worst ever haircut I had in my entire life. I needed a trim, I told her how much I wanted to be cut but ended up with the hair much shorter than I would like. The entire hair cut only lasted about 10 minutes, no styling, no blow dry, I felt I was treated like a 5 year old who needs a haircut. Visited this past weekend on a whim to ask about hair coloring and Tara took care of me. Never colored my hair before and she recommended low lights on my hair and I loved it. Super grateful, had a FANTASTIC experience. Updating this Review: Special Shoutout to Sandi!!!
