i will never go here again ! i went in for a trim and wound up having my hair uneven and butchered by a stylist named Clara. she sent me home with wet hair so when i got home to straighten it i noticed how bad it was. i went in the next day to get a refund which i was told by her they don't do, which there were no signs anywhere that said that but she still pulled out a refund form. then she tried to make it seem like it was my fault for her f@#k up. then she made me wait 20 minutes to do a 5 minute refund. if you go here DO... read more
