Go anywhere else. Place is empty constantly, but when you walk in they'll tell you they're completely booked. online and on the phone it said no wait.

This establishment advertises walk in appointments. My wife attempted to walk in 3 different days in a single week and each time she was told they weren’t taking walk ins and were fully booked. Meanwhile not a sole was present and the staff claimed to be fully booked. However online consistently showed they were not. She then made an online appointment, arrived a few minutes past the set time and was told it was cancelled due to not being there at the exact minute. These people couldn't be nastier. Walk in and you are told to go away. Show up for your appointment and you wait because they can't manage their time. Arrive a minute late and you are told to kick rocks. SERIOUSLY, a place that claims to take walk-ins tells you to go away if you are a few minutes late for an appointment. Have a problem and get SIGNIFICANT ATTITUDE. The most unpleasant haircut I think I have ever had. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. This place should be closed down.
