I didn't get the stylist name. But was very good and i liked what she did. Good experience.
Came in for a trim to remove split ends (because that’s hard to mess up), lost 6 inches of my hair and now I have 1/2 a bob. I asked for layers, she instead just did a rough chop that started at my ears (my hair was 1/2 way down my back and no barely touches my shoulders). This photo was from after talking to the manager and her trying to even it up. How in the world is this okay to do to someone. And they would not give me a refund.
