i have had my hair cut several times at Supercuts- each time i was quite satisfied. i went the other evening and although the haircut was good the attitude was -to put it mildly- lousy... bad enough that i will not longer have my hair cut there. the young woman who cut my hair did a good cut BUT..... she never asked if i wanted y hair washed, never asked it i wanted her to low it dry, never asked if i wanted any "products" put on my hair. i am quite aware that these things are extra - and i would have appreciated the offer- ... read more
Worst haircut I've ever had and the stylist got snotty when I asked her to even it out!!! Worst haircut I've ever had and the stylist had the nerve to get snotty with me when I asked her to even it out because the left side was almost a full inch longer than the right. My hair is layered, and to even it out she just cut off the extra length and again I had to ask her to put the layers back in. Then she asked ME if it was even - who's the hair dresser?!?
